How do I make a change to the information on my child's account?
If you move, change your name, telephone number or the email address in the Acorn Fund application - or have any other information that needs to be updated - use this change of information form to let us know. We want to be sure that you continue to receive account statements from Franklin Templeton and important information about the Acorn Fund including other opportunities for your child from the Foundation.
